In the event that data regarding minors is provided, it will be assumed that the person providing such data is the parent and/or legal guardian and has read and accepted this Privacy Policy.

• To monitor the quality of the services we offer.
• To ensure network and electronic communication security, detect technical failures, and perform necessary actions to deliver our services properly.
• To prepare and distribute informational material about our activities through physical and electronic media, including your published social media content that relates to interactions with MXT DIGITAL.

Who May We Share Your Information With? To fulfill the purposes described above, MXT DIGITAL may transfer the necessary data to national and international third parties involved in providing the requested products and/or services and payment methods.

MXT DIGITAL may also transfer data without your consent in cases permitted under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, to competent national or international authorities, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, controlling or controlled companies, all operating under privacy policies that comply with applicable regulations. Transfers may also be made to the National Electoral Institute and other parties with whom we have binding legal agreements to verify and authenticate your identity and the documents you provide.

If your operations with MXT DIGITAL are classified as “vulnerable activities” under the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illicit Proceeds, certain data may be disclosed to tax authorities without your consent.

How Can You Exercise Your ARCO Rights or Withdraw Consent?

You or your legal representative may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (collectively, “ARCO Rights”), or withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data, by sending an email to our Data Protection Department at: soporte@mxt-digital.com

You must submit your request using the ARCO Request Form, which you can request by email. You or your legal representative must prove your identity by completing all required fields on the form and attaching a copy of valid official identification. If the submitted information is incomplete or incorrect, or if documents are missing, MXT DIGITAL may request the necessary corrections within five (5) business days of receiving the request. You will then have ten (10) business days to respond. If you do not respond within this period, your request will be considered as not submitted.

We will respond within twenty (20) business days from the date of receipt and, if applicable, we will enforce your rights within fifteen (15) business days following our response.

Please note that if you wish to delete your data, you must exercise your right to cancellation as described above.
